Donating Goods to Us

Where can you donate?

Or at our charity shops in:

• Salisbury – Wiltshire Sight, 23 Catherine Street, Salisbury, SP1 2DQ (accessible from the shop entrance or rear service yards with bell to ring for attention.  Monday to Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4)
• Devizes – Wiltshire Sight, 36 The Market Place, Devizes, SN10 2AT (shop entrance only, Monday to Saturday 9.30 – 4.30)
• Thornbury – Sight Support, 18 High Street, Thornbury, BS35 2AH (shop entrance only, Monday to Saturday 9.30 – 4.30)
• Trowbridge – Wiltshire Sight, 27 Fore Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8EW (accessible from the shop entrance or rear service yards with bell to ring for attention.  Monday to Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4)

Bric-a-brac, soft furnishings and homeware items

Books, games, toys and puzzles

Small furniture pieces and pictures

Gift Aid

Don’t forget to Gift Aid your donations. If you work and pay tax, we can claim Gift Aid on any donations that you no longer need or want! It means we can reclaim 25p on every £1 we raise, this helps us tremendously in our work to support those living with sight loss.

When you make your first donation we will ask you to complete a short digital form and we will then give you your own Donor’s Number – so the next time you donate we can just search for your details quickly and attach the Gift Aid to the items. When your items have sold, you will receive a letter to tell you how much your donations have raised for us.
